If an item that you have ordered from Saebaan.com does not meet your expectations, please email us directly and we will happily try to assist you. We are dedicated at Saebaan.com to offer you the best quality products and services. We take stringent measures to ensure one that the items delivered are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit.
- There might be a manufacturing defect.
- A wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.
- You simply do not like the product or it does not meet your expectations.
Returns would not be accepted if your order was custom made stitched product, a ready made stitched Saree, a Saree stitched with custom, or a Saree with a stitched blouse or Jewels.
However, we would accept returns if there is any fault in stitching from our end.
- Item Received in: Damaged Condition/ Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item.
If you have received a damaged item, or not the item you have ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
We will express ship a replacement item within one day with no extra shipping cost after we receive the product from you. If the original ordered item is no longer available, we will request you to choose an alternate product and will ship to you the same product. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure that you will be happy with the exchange. If you do not want any alternate product, we will refund you full product price with no deduction whatsoever. Please note that return shipping charges, taxes or custom duty (if any) is not part of product refund.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you don't like the product (material only) that you have ordered and would like to return it back, we will certainly accept it. Please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself.
In this situation, you can select (an)other product/s or request for a refund. Please note that only the value of the product is applicable for refund. Return shipping charges, taxes or custom duty (if any) that you have paid are not refundable.

* Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question.
* Never send back an item without consulting with us. It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
*Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
* Always return your items using reputed courier.
* Any shipping costs of sending back to India/USA above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India/USA are the responsibility of the customer.
* Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
* We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
* As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way, sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. Please make sure to send only through the reputed postal/transportation service, forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
